Schwarzbeck UBAA 9114 Broadband Balun / Holder

The 4:1 Balun/Holder UBAA 9114 canaccept both, biconical elements (e.g.BBVU 9135 or BBUK 9139) and open coneelements (e.g. BAOC 9216 and BBOC9217). The low loss balun offers betterantenna factors and a good symmetry,especially at lower frequencies. The widebandwidth and the fixed center of radiationhelp to make convenient measurementswithout antenna changes. Thanks to thesmall size UBAA 9114 can be used as apassive field sensor. Highest degree ofsymmetry (with slightly increased losses)can be achieved with the balun/holderUBAA 9115. The dimensions and elementfixtures of both baluns are identical in orderto accept the same elements.
